Our consultants will review sample RAMS from previous work to verify that the organisation has been able to identify likely hazards and implement suitable control measures.
Work History
Our consultants will look at previous projects undertaken by the organisation to assess if they are of similar type, complexity and size to any proposed project they may be involved with.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Our consultants will ascertain whether the organisation’s workforce is suitably competent for the work they are to undertake and if they have an on-going training programme to keep their employee’s training current and in line with industry best practice.
Management & Supervision
Our consultants will assess the management structure within the organisation and look at whether senior management and supervisors have sufficient skills, knowledge and training.
Accidents & Incidents
Our consultants will assess if suitable procedures are in place for recording these over the previous 3-5 years and whether any investigations and appropriate action to prevent recurrence have been undertaken.
Enforcement Action
Our consultants will look at history of enforcement action (Fees for Intervention, Prohibition Notices, Improvement Notices, Prosecutions) taken by relevant bodies such as HSE and Local Authorities and what was the outcome of these enforcements.
Organisational Capacity
Our consultants will look at the organisation as a whole entity to determine if it has the structure, training and procedures necessary to undertake the work and the extent to which they rely on sub-contractors or sub-consultants.
Accreditations
Our consultants will look at membership and affiliation to relevant industry bodies and accreditations.
